Audio Visual Engineer - SC Cleared

Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced AV Engineer to work with a key client

*Please note this is INSIDE IR35 and requires 5 Days a week onsite in Cumbria*

Job Description:
. POC for Conference Room queries
. Complete monthly audits (50% of estate):
. Ensure all Incident Management and IMAC Completion is to SLA
. Complete Non Standard Requests and Project Tasks/Quotes to completion and within agreed timescales
. Maintain End User Guides
. Contribute to Conference Room Knowledge Management
. Room adoption - consult on best options
. Expected to have at least 2 years' experience in a related IT role (or equivalent)
. Demonstrate a level of competency through implementation of medium level fixes
. Demonstrate that they are multi-disciplined, typically gained through a mixture of formal and on the job training
. Demonstrate that they have strong inter personal skills and the ability to communicate with customers
. Demonstrates behavioural competencies associated with frequent change, is customer orientated, versatile and organised
