Engineering Manager - Salesforce

Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms

Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies. demonstrable experience with Salesforce configuration, custom development, and deployment

Must hold Salesforce Administrator certification. Additional certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or other relevant credentials are highly desirable

Experience in a leadership role managing technical teams

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams of technical professionals including those from third party suppliers.

Experience in setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative team environment

Demonstrable experience managing end-to-end technology delivery, including requirement gathering, planning, execution, and deployment

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Strong understanding of business processes and how to align Salesforce solutions with business goals. Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Proven experience in managing stakeholder expectations, negotiating solutions, and maintaining productive working relationships

Experience managing and directing resources from third party suppliers
