Mobile Application Trainer - Digital Application (Trainer. Software. Rollout. Deployment. Mobile. Application.) £150 per day inside IR35. Field engineer role travelling to sites in Southeast (Full travel expenses are paid at 45p per mile travelled) Our client is an IT service provider based in multiple sites around south east region. The client requires mobile application trainers to support the roll out of a new digital software in across the South East. This is a contract role and project duration is expected to be up to 12 months. The client is rolling out a new application across multiple sites in the South East. You will work closely with our customers and key stakeholders during the rollout process and ensure that the customer experience is positive. We are looking for proactive, diverse people that can connect with our customers for this role. You will be helping to manage change and plan for the future in line with the client's digital project goals and priorities. This role would be perfect for recent graduates or for candidates who have great interpersonal skills with relevant experience who are looking for a new challenge. Key responsibilities: To be the on the ground' face for the rollout of the software and be the key contact for senior rollout team members. Be the first point of contact for queries from services and triage as appropriate. Have a detailed technical understanding of the software being implemented and its design. Train and coach new and existing staff on the new software to ensure they are proficient in using the software. To download the software onto all devices used at each site.
