Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a SAP C4C Consultant based in the EU for a remote project! You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP C4C solutions to meet our business needs and improve customer relationship management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP C4C solutions, including Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Customize SAP C4C to meet specific business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
• Integrate SAP C4C with other SAP and non-SAP systems to ensure seamless data flow and process integration.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the SAP C4C system.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the SAP C4C system, including troubleshooting issues, performing system upgrades, and applying patches.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP C4C features and best practices, and implement them to improve system performance and user satisfaction.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP C4C implementation and support.
• Proficiency in SAP C4C configuration, customization, and integration.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP CRM, and SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• SAP C4C certification is preferred but not mandatory.
