Responsibilities: * Technical & architectural competencies around digital end user experience monitoring * Specific/expert product knowledge around Lakeside Systrack * Familiarity & product awareness of EUEM products such as Microsoft desktop analytics, Nexthink, ThousandEyes & Zscaler * Assist with high level design around the EUEM product life cycle for both in-house and our customer base * Work on projects & programmes for opportunities provided to modern workplace via our sales and presales channels. * Working with Modern workplace Architecture both in-house & our customer base * Plan, document and implement small changes where appropriate. * Good communication and excellent documentation skills * The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and use your initiative and experience based on industry best practices. * Highlight opportunities to improve/evolve service and technology platforms * Assist with testing and validation of changes and/or deployments where necessary * Providing assessments in-house and to our customer base around improvements around pre-existing EUEM configuration * Implementation of enhancements around end user experience monitoring delivery * Working with all the tower structures within the modern workplace practice * Work with the head of modern workplace & relevant teams as an SME with EUEM * Demonstrate a customer obsessed mind-set when evaluating solution options and platform improvements. Qualifications: * Knowledge of Modern workplace common practices & technology areas * Ideally previously working as an expert working within modern workplace infrastructure within an enterprise level organisation * Improve user experience and drive Modern Workplace and digital transformation initiatives. * Strong knowledge with productivity & collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office suite including: Outlook, Teams, Viva, Forms. * Monitor and optimize Microsoft 365 services, generate performance reports, and stay updated on the latest features and best practices.
