nCino Lead Engineer

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a nCino Lead Engineer.

This role will be Inside of IR35, so you will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company.

Key Requirements:

- nCino Lead should have 4+ years of consulting and/or experience in Core Banking Services-Deposits, Lending and Digital Banking (online/mobile) Platforms.
- 1 full life cycle implementations within the Banking/Financial Institution; experience in 2 of the following nCino modules: Relationship Management, Loan/Opportunity Management, Credit Memo, Covenant, Collateral,
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of experience.

Key Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience developing and customizing application via web services, Apex, LWC, Visual Force, Eclipse IDE, Data Loader.
- 5+ years of working with clients and vendors developing solutions and supporting projects from requirements gathering to release management.
- Lightning experience is mandatory.
- Experience integrating with other applications.
- Data migration and conversion expertise.
- Manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- 2+ years nCino/Salesforce configurations experience.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other).
- Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical).
- Manage day to day development activities with the team on the platform using Apex and Visual Force.
- Support the creation of customizations and integrations required to solution delivery.
- Lead business discussions and Configure the application based on the business requirements.
- Develop custom applications using apex, visual force, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS.
- Apply best practices and experience to build applications.
- Develop estimates for projects.
- Work closely with other developers in the team, business analyst, QA analyst and project managers.
- Research capabilities as needed to suit business requirements and provide gap analysis.
- Manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Proven experience of nCino application design, mentoring a team, managing technical discussion with customer, manage dev and QA teams and excellent development experience.
- nCino portal experience is mandatory.
- Certifications in Salesforce, nCino.
- nCino certification (201 or 301) mandatory.
