The role is a permanent position based in Zürich Canton with good home office allowance. Your Role: Concept & design hardware in Embedded systems with analogue, digital & RF components. Create specifications & concepts in cooperation with worldwide partners. Create hardware-related software drivers. Support the support, test & production departments in technical matters. Supervise & further develop existing reader modules. Work with state-of-the-art technologies & integrate them into products. Your Skills: At least 2 years of professional experience in Hardware Development. Skilled & experienced in PCB development tools, preferably Altium Designer or similar. Any experience in C for programming drivers & creating test workflows with Python scripts is considered advantageous. Your Profile: Completed Higher Education/University Degree Electronic Engineering (or similar). Self-motivated, adaptable, team-oriented & enthusiastic to take on responsibilities & stay up to date with new technologies. Fluent in English & a very good command of German (spoken & written) are mandatory requirements (German at B2 level as a minimum, and preferably at C1 level).

Scrum or Kanban experience in Agile teams. GIT, Jenkins, Bitbucket (or similar) and Conan experience. Experience using DOORS, Test Rail and Jira. Experience working with test teams to optimise application performance.
