You will be joining a team with a genuine passion for technology and providing high level customer support. The Role As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for technology incidents and requests which are raised, ensuring that they are resolved, or appropriately escalated and managed to resolution, You will also proactively maintain, assess suitability and suggest improvements of all hardware and software. Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail. Keen interest in technology as well as a desire for driving continuous improvement. Proven record of commitment, competency and self-motivation with strong time management and flexibility. Full driving license as occasional travel may be required.
