We are currently seeking a Lead Engineer to spearhead a team dedicated to developing, customising, and maintaining their Microsoft, Sales, and CRM 365 solutions. Requirements: Five or more years of experience in developing, customizing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft D365. Proven expertise in extending/managing data schema changes within the common data model (Microsoft Dataverse/Higher Education Accelerator). Demonstrated ability to analyze and diagnose issues in Dynamics 365. Proficiency in web services, REST APIs, and integration tools. Sound understanding of Microsoft Azure and its integrations with Dynamics 365. Key Attributes: Experience in supporting and mentoring team members to facilitate personal and professional growth. Strong initiative, coupled with excellent organizational, planning, and self-management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse collaborators and stakeholders at all levels. Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Capability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Desired Skills: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications (eg, MB-200, MB-400). Familiarity with the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Competence in programming languages/frameworks such as C#, JavaScript, and React. Experience in developing complex reports and code in tools like Power BI. Knowledge or experience in Agile (Scrum) and Azure DevOps methodologies.
