Duties & Responsibilities: Develop solutions for real-world security problems. Implement innovative solutions according to security requirements from our client's product lines while fulfilling various constraints imposed by aspects such as compliance, manufacturing process, hardware capability, performance, cost, etc. Develop prototypes and deliver results. Standardizecryptographic algorithms and security protocols at international bodies. Develop standardizing plans and collaborate with colleagues for standardization activities. Participate and standardize related technologies in cryptographic algorithms and security protocols at various international bodies, including IETF, ISO, and IEEE. Prepare standardization documents, and develop running code when necessary. Desired Skills & Experience Skills/Qualifications: Hold M.Sc or Ph.D. degree in Mathematics, Cryptography, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Have 5 or more years of work experience in areas related to information security and/or applied cryptography and/or PQC. Rich standardization experience in international bodies, like IETF, ISO, IEEE, ETSI. Solid skills in at least one programming language, like C, C++, Java, Python, or Shell Scripts. Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English. Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility. Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills. Knowledge in multiple areas ofcryptology is desirable, including but not limited to: Post-quantum cryptography and its migration Public-key cryptography algorithms and proof skills Symmetric key algorithms and analysis Formal verification tools and modelling Applied cryptography (eg authentication protocols, key exchange protocols) Internet security protocols (eg TLS, IPSec, IKEv2, telephony-based security protocols) Foundations & solutions for real-world cryptography.
