Gather existing Test Cases in Jira system. Review and validate the Test Cases in Jira system, removing duplication and creating more tests cases where required and agreed. Perform MoSCoW test case prioritisation to ensure test cycle is achievable in the time constraints. Review overarching MoPs/Imp Plans from the design teams and ensure all the MoPs work in unison to affect the migration in TestBed. Execute Baseline test cases. Execute Migration MoP Test cases including rollback. feedback on any technical matters to the design teams to improve the solution. Execute Regression suite of test cases once the solution is successfully implemented. Produce and manage defects/issue tracker and seek resolutions. Produce Test Exit Report with change risk assessment and gain sign-off.
