Deliver on a multitude of projects: Cloud (Azure/M365), Virtualisation, Storage, Backup, Networking etc Travel to customer sites when required. Liasing with 3rd parties, internal teams, and vendors with clear communication. Ensuring all issues are fixed in a timely manner within the agreed SLA. Take a cloud first approach with a focus on Azure/M365. Key Skills & Experience: Exposure to working in a busy environment supporting an array of customers. Good communicator & Organised individual Experience working to ITIL best practises. Proven experience managing Infrastructure & Cloud environments. Previous experience working as a 3rd Line Engineer, System Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer or Escalation Engineer.
