What you'll need to succeed You should have previous experience as a Tech Lead, or leading a team of circa 5 Engineers as a Senior. The secure nature of the project work will require you to already hold SC Cleared to be successful in this process. You must have strong core programming skills (8+ years) using C++ in a Linux environment and will have exposure to the entire SDLC. You must have a strong background in UML modelling using Enterprise Architect (or similar). Desirable skills are Real Time Operating Systems, Java, Jira and SVN/GIT plus experience in Continuous Integration and test tools such as Jenkins.
