Secondly, you will be responsible for managing the user profiles within Windows Server 2016/Azure Active Directory/Group Policy, creating new user profiles and email accounts in MS O365. Troubleshooting issues with Active Directory/Group Policies will also be required and some aspects of 3rd line support will therefore be delivered when address Windows Server, AzureAD and Network environment - VPN, WAN/WAN, Firewall and security considerations. You will also support various inhouse legal systems including practice management and document management systems at the first line and escalate to relevant inhouse applications support teams and vendors as required. Finally, you will deploy patches and manage desktop and onsite file Servers using SCCM and related tools. We are searching for an IT Support Analyst/Desktop Support Engineer/VIP Support Analyst Engineer/Network Administrator who has gained experience working in a similar all round support capacity within small to medium sized professional services environments - Law Firms, Solicitors, Investment Banks, Accountancy Companies, big 5 consultancies (Accenture, PwC, KPMG, Ernst & Young, Deloitte, McKinsey & Company). You will be working/have worked in an ITILv3/v4 focussed environment working to incident, problem and change management processes. You will have provided VIP support to executives and have a solid technical capability inc O365, Windows Server 2016/20198 AD/GPo/AzureAD as well experience of Win10, LAN/VPN and Firewall config, DNS routing etc Strong verbal and written English language skills are pre-requisite; ability to speal French (and Dutch/Flemish) would be beneficial but non-essential due to the international make up of this business environment; the main business language utilised is English This is an excellent opportunity which offers substantial hands-on exposure to a number of cutting edge technologies within the Microsoft stack.
