Remote, UK Brief : My end-user client is currently going through a global transformation and is looking to bring on a confident and curious D365 F&O Support Analyst to join their growing team. You'll be part of a global implementation of D365 F&O, supporting users, making changes on the system, and be the POC for all 1st/2nd line support queries. Daily Responsibilities: Provide application support and guidance for users of the D365 F&O/CE system Developing user guides, training materials, and SOPs for D365 F&O processes Identify system improvements and ways to increase efficiency opportunities Monitor and action support request tickets relating to the business application suite promptly.
