The successful candidates will have previous experience of working on a busy service desk. Key skills include: 1st line support experience working in a similar customer facing role. Experience working to and reporting against SLAs Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016. Excellent communication skills, at all levels, with technical and non-technical audiences. Provide consistently, excellent levels of customer service. Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge with other team members. Strong methodical troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
