The role: The Technical Author provides essential technical documentation across various departments, covering product, system, software and hardware at all stages of the development, deployment and operation life cycle. Leveraging their technical skills, the Technical Author will be able to extract technical information from multiple sources and generate documentation that suits a host of readers, including both internal and external parties.
