Global Law firm seeks an IT Support Analyst/Network Administrator to own the office IT environment for around 60 VIP users and provide Desktop Support, VIP Support and Satellite Office network administration for a small to medium sized team of Lawyers working in central Brussels. We require an IT Support Analyst/Network Administrator who can work full time, onsite due to the desktop/network infrastructure and VIP support nature of this role. You will provide very high quality user and technical support over the phone, at the desktop and remotely providing a VIP service approach and working to defined ITIL Standards as expected by your wider team which will provide Application and Server support from the London HQ. Whilst you will work independently you will received support and assistance from the wider team of IT engineers based in London and as such gain a great deal of ownership, technological exposure and project delivery within the office based environment across all related services - Desktop, Network and Server/Cloud environments. Working within this professional services environment the IT Support Analyst/Network Administrator will respond to users' calls and emails providing 1st & 2nd line support across laptops, PC's, running Win10, MS O365, iPhone and Android mobile devices printers, printer networks and other desktop tools and technologies including MS Teams Video Conferencing facilities. You will provide user support for technical issues such as network connections (LAN/VPN/Wireless/Remote Access), the VoIP phone system (basic support and liaison with 3rd party support/vendors to resolve issues) as well as MS Office applications including Powerpoint, Excel & Outlook. Secondly, you will be responsible for managing the user profiles within Windows Server 2016/Azure Active Directory/Group Policy, creating new user profiles and email accounts in MS O365. Troubleshooting issues with Active Directory/Group Policies will also be required and some aspects of 3rd line support will therefore be delivered when address Windows Server, AzureAD and Network environment - VPN, WAN/WAN, Firewall and security considerations. You will also support various inhouse legal systems including practice management and document management systems at the first line and escalate to relevant inhouse applications support teams and vendors as required. Finally, you will deploy patches and manage desktop and onsite file Servers using SCCM and related tools. We are searching for an IT Support Analyst/Desktop Support Engineer/VIP Support Analyst Engineer/Network Administrator who has gained experience working in a similar all round support capacity within small to medium sized professional services environments - Law Firms, Solicitors, Investment Banks, Accountancy Companies, big 5 consultancies (Accenture, PwC, KPMG, Ernst & Young, Deloitte, McKinsey & Company). You will be working/have worked in an ITILv3/v4 focussed environment working to incident, problem and change management processes.
