CRM Technical Architect Our trusted partner, a FTSE 100 corporation is currently hiring a Technical Architect with a strong background in CRM architecture to help our client integrate solutions across CIAM, CDP and CEP systems. To be considered, you must have demonstrable capabilites in leading multiple CRM campaigns end to end with an AWS server less environment coupled with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders at various levels both externally/internally. Our client is looking to pay a basic salary up to 95k + 20% bonus + 25 days holiday + a strong corporate benefits package to be based in North London 2/3 x PW. The Technical Architect will be responsible for the technical design of applications and platforms within the IT estate, adhering to enterprise standards and best practices. The chosen Technical Architect will join the CRM tech team and be responsible for complex changes and supplier assurance, covering business as usual for Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM), the Customer Data Platform (CDP), and the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) as our client integrates a new platform. Role responsibilities: Accountable for publishing and maintaining design artifacts throughout the product life cycle Accountable to prepare or support with designing and documenting technical solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborating with enterprise architecture and peers to identify and agree on the technical standards, frameworks, tooling, and patterns for technical solutions adhering to enterprise standards and best practices. Supporting solution architects in the creation of end-to-end architecture. Accountable for the related technical design and any amendments resulting from Technical Design Assurance Key skill set: Practical experience defining/owning technical solutions end to end across a broad range of technology areas with CRM is essential. Previous experience designing solutions for large corporations that utilise CRM platforms is essential.
