Technically, you should be able to example your knowledge of troubleshooting and solving technical IT or networking problems, using analytical skills to suggest improvements to processes, use of SQL or a similar technical reporting language and managing Office 365/Sharepoint as an administrator. Any experience of full dashboard reporting/creating will be a bonus, as will any experience of being involved in IT related projects (hardware, infrastructure, systems). A full driving licence is needed to potentially visit sites away from the Head Office.
