Job Responsibilities Day to day, your responsibilities will include: Designing, implementing, and testing printed circuit boards to support the project, focusing on drive electronics for nano-precision actuators, image capture systems, and miniaturised computers to implement closed-loop control systems. Taking functional specifications and turning them into detailed designs. Simulating and producing detailed analogue, digital and mixed-signal circuit designs Developing schematics, designing PCB layouts and generating and managing BOMs for multi-PCBA product designs in Altium Designer Producing and implementing test plans to evaluate designs and verify product functionality against requirements. Debugging, testing and evaluating designs in the lab and supporting integration of electronics into the product alongside other team members Working and communicating with vendors Job Requirements 5+ years of industry experience working in multidisciplinary teams. A fundamental understanding of PCB layout techniques and standards, including experience in PCB prototyping and soldering. Solid experience creating and executing test and measurement benchtop experiments. Test and measurement experience with DMMs, oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and other lab equipment.
