Projektleiterin Einführung HR-Management-Systeme - HRIS/ATS/HERMES/HR/IT Projekt/Rolle: Für unseren Kunden aus Energie Branche in Bern wir suchen Projektleiter:in für Einführung HR-Management-Systeme. Anforderungen: Als Projektleiter*in*in für HR-Systeme sind Sie für die Implementierung Wartung und Weiterentwicklung von Systemen verantwortlich, die das Personalmanagement in einem Unternehmen unterstützen. Fachkenntnisse: Sie haben ein gutes Verständnis für HR-Organisationen, Prozesse und Funktionsweisen und bringen Erfahrung in der Planung, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von HR-Management Systemen mit. Das heisst einschliesslich Kenntnisse über Human Ressource Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) und Performance Management Systems sowie Prozesse und Systeme im Bereich der Zeit- und Leistungserfassung Sie haben bereits HR-Organisationen bei der Implementierung eines integrierten HR Management Systems unterstützt. Projektmanagement: Als Projektleiter*in sind Sie für die Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von HR-Systemprojekten verantwortlich. Sie müssen in der Lage sein, Ressourcen effizient zu verwalten, den Projektfortschritt zu verfolgen und sicherzustellen, DASS alle Meilensteine rechtzeitig erreicht werden. Sie sind nach HERMES 5.1 und/oder HERMES 2022 zertifiziert und Sie haben als Projektleiter*in bereits grosse Projekte erfolgreich nach der HERMES-Methodik durchgeführt. Anforderungsmanagement Sie sind in der Lage, die fachlichen Anforderungen in funktionale und nicht funktionale Anforderungen zu übersetzen, um die Anforderungen an die Systemlandschaft vollständig zu erfassen. Ausserdem sind sie fähig, Anforderungskataloge zu verwalten und die Anforderungen zu validieren. Sie erstellen Use-Case und Datenflussdiagramme zu den abzubildenden Prozessen und Funktionen. Lösungsdesign Sie erstellen in Abstimmung mit der IT-Architektur, der IT-Security und dem Fachbereich mögliche Lösungs-/Architekturvarianten. Die Varianten bewerten Sie aufgrund der technischen und fachlichen Anforderungen. Sie stimmen die Architekturvarianten innerhalb von Unternehmen ab und führen den Entscheid herbei. Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Eine klare und effektive Kommunikation ist entscheidend, um sicherzustellen, DASS alle Stakeholder über den Fortschritt des Projekts informiert sind und die Anforderungen verstanden werden. Sie müssen in der Lage sein, mit verschiedenen Teammitgliedern, Managern und anderen Beteiligten zu kommunizieren. Analytische Fähigkeiten: Sie sollten in der Lage sein, die Anforderungen des Unternehmens zu analysieren und zu verstehen, um sicherzustellen, DASS die HR-Systeme den Bedürfnissen der Organisation entsprechen. Dies erfordert eine Fähigkeit zur Datenauswertung und -interpretation. Teamführung: Als Projektleiter*in sind Sie für die Führung eines Teams von Entwicklern, Analysten und anderen Fachleuten verantwortlich. Sie müssen in der Lage sein, das Team zu motivieren, zu unterstützen und zu leiten, um sicherzustellen, DASS das Projekt erfolgreich abgeschlossen wird. Veränderungsmanagement: Die Einführung neuer HR-Systeme kann Veränderungen in der Organisation mit sich bringen. Sie besitzen die Fähigkeit, diese Veränderungen zu managen, indem Sie Schulungen und Unterstützung anbieten und sicherstellen, DASS die Mitarbeiter die neuen Systeme akzeptieren und effektiv nutzen. Compliance und Datenschutz: Sie müssen über fundierte Kenntnisse der rechtlichen Anforderungen im Zusammenhang mit HR-Systemen verfügen, einschließlich Datenschutzbestimmungen und Arbeitsrecht, um sicherzustellen, DASS die Systeme den gesetzlichen Vorschriften entsprechen. Kontinuierliche Verbesserung: Die Technologie entwickelt sich ständig weiter, daher ist es wichtig, DASS Sie über aktuelle Trends und Best Practices im Bereich HR-Systeme informiert bleiben und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen an den Systemen vornehmen, um die Effizienz und Effektivität des Personalmanagements im Unternehmen zu steigern.
