We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Windows System Engineer. The role is permanent position based in Zurich Canton & comes with some home office allowance. Your role: Hold responsibility for IT Infrastructure design, implementation & maintenance to ensure optimal performance, security & scalability. Manage Client Support, Server Support & Maintenance. Your Skills & Experience: At least 5+ years of professional experience in IT Systems/Infrastructure Engineering. Strong expertise in Windows System Engineering, Windows Server & Client administration, Active Directory & Group Policy. Skilled in Azure AD & Microsoft 365. Sound experience in Citrix Virtual Desktops, VMWare Virtualization, Storage Solutions & Administration & Veeam Backup & Disaster recovery solutions. Experienced in Network Firewalls, Routing & Switching. Your Profile: Completed University Degree in the area Computer Science or Similar. Strong communication, collaboration & problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, analytical, detailed, organized & a team-player. Continuously enthusiastic to learn & further develop. Able to occasionally partake in business trips to foreign branches. Fluent in English (spoken & written), German languages skills are considered highly advantageous.
