Proven experience in ServiceNow Administration and Development . Certified as a ServiceNow System Administrator . ITIL V3/V4 Foundation accreditation Essential . Excellent command on the platform basics including ACLs, UI policies, Client scripts, UI actions, Business rules, Workflows, Flow Designer, Mid Server configuration and ServiceNow best practices . Strong experience in designing, building, and implementing solutions for the following modules: ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, SIR and SecOps . Competent in various integration methods such as Data source, REST/SOAP APIs and Integration hub . Good knowledge of OOTB capabilities of ServiceNow and a hunger to keep yourself up to date with the developments in the ServiceNow world . Identify and implement the right solution using your knowledge of the capabilities of the platform .
