Candidate will provide 1st Level Support, escalation, and resolution for Incidents with minimal supervision and a high degree of decision making. Assist Operations Manager in ensuring adequate staff coverage, and other managerial duties in his/her absence. Assist in ensuring critical processing requirements are met by escalating and tracking Incidents in a consistent and timely manner to ensure that Quality Standards are met. Responsibilities: Employ first-level Incident identification and resolution techniques to address interruptions across Mainframe, UNIX, Windows, and Network platforms. Monitor multiple applications and systems using approved software. Monitor and respond to applications/systems alerts across all platforms in accordance with Quality Standards and/or Security Policies. Report and document any processing anomalies utilizing approved software. Maintain processing records and logs Escalate Production Incidents to Second-Level support as required per policy to ensure a timely resolution.
