Head of Engineering - Hybrid - Permanent - £100k per annum As the Head of Engineering you will be instrumental in driving innovation and technical excellence across our department. Your primary responsibilities will include setting a clear strategic vision, developing our people, and establishing best practices to inspire our engineers to be Digital Change Makers for our clients. You will cultivate a collaborative, growth-minded culture that empowers our team to stay ahead of the technology curve and exceed client expectations.
