Global Law firm seeks an IT Support Analyst/Network Administrator to own the office IT environment for around 60 VIP users and provide Desktop Support, VIP Support and Satellite Office network administration for a small to medium sized team of Lawyers working in central Brussels. We require an IT Support Analyst/Network Administrator who can work full time, onsite due to the desktop/network infrastructure and VIP support nature of this role. You will provide very high quality user and technical support over the phone, at the desktop and remotely providing a VIP service approach and working to defined ITIL Standards as expected by your wider team which will provide Application and Server support from the London HQ.
