Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams through the entire IT service life cycle, fortifying security measures, and advancing capabilities through continual service enhancement. Track record of leading response efforts during live cyber incidents and executing remediation strategies. Experience collaborating with supplier teams to facilitate managed services delivery for enhancements. Broad experience spanning the entire spectrum of IT security, encompassing software, Servers, infrastructure, and networks.
