Manage activities such as engine rework, Press, Blocked, Pre-series and force launches and coordinate in/outfeed plan, to ensure optimal cost and operation of the Automated Finished Engine store. Plan and Action customer despatch, including re-orders, overseeing availability of bought out parts and machining components to support Assembly production. Establish priorities through customer order controllers, react to agreed actions and Prioritise customer requirements in line with assembly constraints. Manage data accuracy of SAP/SCM (including Ageing and open orders) and suggest further development to Assembly Build Control System. Plan, cost and manage all Assembly and Machining stockpiling activity including optimising re/decant activities. Review SAP/SCM for deviation from lead times and establish impact on customer despatch requirement. Co-ordinate returns from customers and customer point of contact during out of office hours.
