IT Support Analyst Currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line support for a range of IT systems and applications used by the organisation. You will play a key part in projects to improve systems/procedures and will have the opportunity to assist upgrading the IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities: Record, respond and resolve any IT issues raised by staff Support and maintain bespoke business software including customising reports and uploading data Undertake project work to improve IT systems Perform user and mailbox administration Manage distribution of mobile phones and associated hardware Manage and maintain hardware and software asset lists and databases Configure, install and maintain PC's, printers and other IT equipment Check and monitor Servers and network equipment Monitor and manage data backups Key skills: Windows 7/10 installation, configuration and administration Microsoft Office installation, configuration and administration Network cabling and IP fundamentals Exposure to report writing tools Able to understand and write SQL queries
