SAP SuccessFactors Senior Talent Consultant Whitehall Resources require a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Talent Consultant to work with a key client on an initial 6 month contract. *This role will involve 10% on site work in Lancashire. *The successful candidate will be required to operate through an FCSA accredited umbrella company. SAP SuccessFactors Senior Talent Consultant Role Spec: . Responsible for leading the delivery of an innovative, robust, and future-proof global SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals management solution for a large, multi-national organisation . Strong experience of 'hands on' SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management configuration, and knowledge and experience of integration into the rest of the SuccessFactors suite. . Ability to plan, prepare and deliver design and playback workshops . Guide the customer on SF talent best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors product roadmap . Ability to communicate effectively and manage a broad set of stakeholders at all levels within a client's organization . Lead the PMGM workstream across all phases of the project, working flexibly and incorporating a multi location delivery model . Certification in SuccessFactors PMGM and other talent modules . As an SAP GTS Consultant, you will participate in all stages of SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) implementation, encompassing blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping business processes to SAP, data migration (conversion, transformation, and loading), internal training, prototype design, development, testing, go-live support, user training, and post-production assistance.
