They are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as a Senior Technical Lead. In this role, you will lead a development team, drive innovation, and implement modern development practices in alignment with their Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Drive the adoption of modern development practices and Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient delivery of projects. Utilize your expertise across 2 to 3 relevant technologies such as Java, Python, Oracle, AWS (Cloud first strategy) Work in Scrum/Sprint, overseeing the software development life cycle (SDLC) from inception to delivery. Mentor team members, providing guidance and support in technical and professional development. Qualifications: Must Have: Proven experience in a senior tech role, with the ability to lead and manage a development team. Strong knowledge across 2 to 3 relevant technologies, including Java, Oracle, AWS, and Python. Experience working in Scrum/Sprint and implementing Agile methodologies. Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC). Desirable: Knowledge of database management and data management regulations. Experience in leading or working with database management teams. Experience of rapid development/low code technologies.
