Job Title: SC/DV Infrastructure engineer (Solution Support) Location: Aldermaston, Reading. Experience deploying large complex infrastructure solutions, in the cloud or on-prem. In-depth understanding of security in relation to on-prem or cloud deployments. Knowledge of IT security best practices, for example interpretation of National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) guidance, Microsoft security best practice, etc. A general understanding of networking and DMZ networking, including within Azure. You will also have knowledge and demonstratable experience across a wide range of technologies, as listed in the role profile, including: Azure, AD DS, AD FS Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access Group policy, DNS and DHCP RADIUS, WAP PKI and certificate infrastructure Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, AOVPN Windows Server 2016 and above Monitoring (SolarWinds) Backup technologies (Rubrik) Dell, VMware and NetApp data centre technologies The role will involve working an out of hours, On-Call rota which includes an additional payment of around £4000 per year.
