The Quantity Surveyor role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will actively tender, estimate and measure onsite therefore, you are fully involved from tendering and estimating through to final accounts, with the ability to have a real impact on our profitability and our commercial success. Description: Site Evaluation and Assessment: Ensure that the costs being proposed are suitable and proportionate in line with the approved design. This will mainly be a desktop exercise, however there may be a requirement to attend site from time to time. Design Optimization: Work closely with the Design Manager to ensure the design offers the most efficient layout that maximize available space, streamline equipment placement, and adhere to safety regulations. Provide input on design modifications based on your expertise in spatial planning.
