Job: Dynamics 365/Power Platform Specialist Salary: £70k Job Type: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (with the likelihood to extend beyond) Job Location: Leeds Workplace Type: Hybrid (3 days in office) Estimated Start Date: ASAP Utilize expertise in Dynamics, Power Platform, and Integration across all business sectors to ensure optimal utilization of the chosen tools and delivery of solutions in alignment with industry standards. Design and create new solutions that meet business needs, integrating with Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, Teams, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and third-party SaaS applications. Maintain and support existing Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and integration systems along with associated information databases. Develop comprehensive process guides and technical documentation for all applications and solutions. Provide training and educational materials for business users. Offer subject matter expertise in design assurance and technical authority forums to ensure consideration of all delivery options and prevent unnecessary manual processes, duplication, and costs. Research and assess emerging technologies and methodologies to propose potential solutions and enhancements to existing processes and systems. Foster productive relationships with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Utilize subject matter expertise to integrate, transform, and consolidate data from diverse structured, unstructured, and streaming data systems into appropriate schemas for analytics solutions. Assist stakeholders in comprehending data through exploration and develop secure, compliant data processing pipelines using a variety of tools and methods. Leverage Azure data services and frameworks to store and generate refined datasets for analysis, with the flexibility to adopt different architecture patterns such as Modern Data Warehouse (MDW), Big Data, and Lakehouse Architecture. Ensure the operationalization of data pipelines and stores meet high-performance, efficiency, organization, and reliability standards, aligned with business requirements and constraints. Identify and resolve operational and data quality issues, and design, implement, monitor, and optimize data platforms to support data pipelines. Requirements: Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform development. Advanced knowledge of Azure Integration Services products. Familiarity with Mambu SaaS cloud banking platform. Ability to translate operational requirements into effective solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate solutions in a business context. Influencing skills to drive business outcomes. Experience in structured change delivery and planning. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellent service. Leadership abilities to guide developers and users in automation technologies. This will involve developing high-level designs/solution blueprints and managing their translation into low-level designs. As a Solution Architect, you will be expected to work concurrently on a portfolio of programmes, projects, and consultancy engagements. Work alongside technical architects and integration leads to craft power App solutions for interactions within D365 applications.
