As a Service Asset and Configuration Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the Atlassian platform as well as the source systems. You will collaborate with various teams, to manage and optimize our CMDB, enhancing our overall IT service management capabilities.
