Ideally holding a degree in computer science, with focus on processes and data. Data analysis, Data processing, Creating reports and Consulting with an essential knowledge of ServiceNow and knowledge on ITSM/ITIL processes, ServiceNow CMDB and with Excel, pre: SQL, BI-tools, MS Access experience.
