As a Senior Analog Electronics Engineer, you will: Be recognised as an expert in the field of analog electronics Independently formulate technically innovative ideas and approaches Advise and coach less senior engineers, reviewing work for technical accuracy and adequacy Plan and execute work packages, either individually or as a work package owner Collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee work with development partners To excel in this role, you should possess: Strong expertise in analog design, including low noise amplifiers, op-amp selection, loop stability, discrete transistor circuits, power amplifiers, and filter design Experience with switch mode power supplies, focusing on low noise/EMI, high efficiency, and low power Proficiency in measurement and testing using oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, vector network analysers, and thermal cameras Knowledge of EMC, radio, and safety regulations (eg, EN 300220, EN61000, EN55011, EN55022) Extensive experience in product development and schematic capture & circuit simulation Additional advantageous skills include: Processor interfacing (USB, I2C, SPI, RS232/485) Digital Signal Processing and mathematical modelling Understanding of ADC/DAC types, usage, and design Experience with battery-powered devices and chargers PCB layout skills and the ability to lead technical teams Qualifications: BSc, BEng, or HND (or equivalent) in analog electronics engineering or a related field MSc, CEng, MIET (or equivalent) is preferred To apply, please submit your CV highlighting your relevant experience and accomplishments.
