Support investigation and resolution of escalated incident and problem tickets including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Qualifications: 8 years of technology experience, with some business supply chain experience ideally in a planning environment (OMP systems) within a manufacturing company, preferably in the healthcare industry. Functional and technical experience within IT in E2E Supply chain processes and applications - eg, Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, Advanced planning capabilities Ideally OMP Experience of working in projects deploying planning systems or complex data management processes Some level of SAP S4/ECC org design and data definitions end user or project work ideally Material Management (MM) certified.
