Role responsibilities: Accountable for publishing and maintaining design artifacts throughout the product life cycle Accountable to prepare or support with designing and documenting technical solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborating with enterprise architecture and peers to identify and agree on the technical standards, frameworks, tooling, and patterns for technical solutions adhering to enterprise standards and best practices. Supporting solution architects in the creation of end-to-end architecture. Accountable for the related technical design and any amendments resulting from Technical Design Assurance Key skill set: Practical experience defining/owning technical solutions end to end across a broad range of technology areas with CRM is essential. Previous experience designing solutions for large corporations that utilise CRM platforms is essential. Recent experience in architecting solutions across Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM), Customer Data Platform (CDP), and Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) is essential. TOGAF or similar architecture framework experience/certification is preferred. A technical background in CRM platforms (Braze, Marketo, Adobe, Dynamics, Salesforce etc.) is preferred.
