The role is a permanent position based in Solothurn Canton & comes with some home office allowance. Your Role: Administrate a QMS Application. Act as a contact point for internal customers, specialist departments & expert external consultants. Coordinate between internal departments, IT & external service providers. Identify potential for improvement, definition of requirements & prioritization. Evaluate, implement & document changes in the system (eg workflows, user interface, reporting).
