Electrical Engineering qualification and time served Electrical Apprenticeship. ie City & Guilds, 2365 (level 2 min) Considered as Skilled person (electrically) who possess practical, theoretical, and electrical engineering skills, experience and knowledge (ie, NICEIC level 2 or 3 etc.) 18th Edition certified (BS7671) City & Guilds 2381, 2382. General knowledge of mobile telecoms infrastructure. A firm understanding of electrical infrastructure, AC, DC, Earthing, LPS, SPD's, DC power supplies, DSO supplies. Good understanding of CDM legislation. Good communication skills.
