Experience as a Senior Network Engineer configuring LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN is essential as is knowledge of Network monitoring (Solarwinds, SNOW, PRTG etc) As Senior Network Engineer solid switch management and Firewall (Checkpoint) are required, any Meraki is a bonus.
