Graduate Draughtsperson We are looking for a Graduate Draughtsperson to become part of our design team. Working within our Drawing Office, creating models and drawings that drive our state-of-the-art factory in East Brent, Somerset. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Graduate to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a professional environment. Your day to day duties will include: 3D modelling and detailing of structural steelwork Detailing of general arrangement and fabrication drawings Collaborating with Engineers and Project Managers to understand project requirements Working under pressure to achieve agreed deadlines To be considered for the role, you will need the following: Bachelor s degree in a STEM subject Eagerness to learn and develop professionally Proficiency in CAD software Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills High standards of accuracy and attention to detail Works well on own initiative and as part of a team Punctual and reliable What we offer: Opportunity for professional growth and development Structured training programme A supportive and collaborative work environment Exposure to a variety of exciting projects Competitive salary Profit related bonus Pension and life insurance scheme Applicants must have a driving license and be able to get to East Brent for 8am.
