ServiceNow Admin/Developer/Architect (Fluent in Portuguese and English) Location: Remote Contract Length: 6 months Languages Required: Fluent in Portuguese and English Start Date: ASAP Overview: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a remote project team for a 6-month contract. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with international teams and stakeholders in both Portuguese and English. Key Responsibilities: Develop and configure custom ServiceNow applications and modules Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution Ensure solutions are delivered according to best practices and platform standards Work closely with global stakeholders in a bilingual environment Requirements: Solid hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer Proficient in JavaScript, Glide, and ServiceNow development tools Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Nice to Have: ServiceNow Developer Certification (CAD) Experience with REST/SOAP integrations Exposure to Agile delivery environments
