Oversee the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Ensure the successful integration of ServiceNow with other IT systems and business processes. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Conduct regular project reviews and communicate progress to stakeholders. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management methodologies. Qualifications: Proven experience in managing ServiceNow projects, including implementation, upgrades, and customizations. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its key modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.). Experience with Agile project management methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
