This hybrid role will be based in either Edinburgh or London, offering a mix of remote and on-site work. The successful candidate will have a strong background in assistive technology, particularly in developing and delivering custom solutions to enhance accessibility and productivity for colleagues with disabilities. Key Responsibilities: Develop, deliver, and train colleagues with disabilities in using custom assistive technology (AT) JAWS scripts to support end-user efficiency, productivity, and accessibility. Remediate existing JAWS scripts with new product versions and OS releases. Consolidate existing JAWS scripts. Support the Digital Accessibility team to deliver tailored solutions. Create custom scripts for Dragon Natural Speaking, Supernova Magnifier, and Screen Reader. Key Skills and Knowledge: Minimum 5 years of experience using assistive technologies such as: JAWS (Required) Dragon Natural Speaking (Preferred) Supernova Magnifier and Screen Reader (Preferred) At least 2 years of experience in providing one-on-one training to people with disabilities.
