The role require 5 Day Per Week onsite in Leiston. Key Responsibilities: Keying the incidents from Client ticket system to Partners ticket system. Act as an escalation point agent when difficult are received. Responsible for troubleshooting IT related issues such as but not limited to software/applications to hardware, such as desktops, laptops, printers, and Phones of the accounts designated users Responsible for monitor and maintaining defined SLA's. Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly while escalating complex problems appropriately. Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts (eg, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and liaise effectively with technical teams. Delphi Developer - 6 months - Hybrid (Farnborough) - Inside IR35 Hamilton Barnes is seeking an experienced Delphi Developer with expertise in Oracle and Delphi development to join a leading manufacturing organisation for an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering changes to established financial applications and supporting production environments. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with two days per week required onsite in Farnborough for close collaboration with developers, analysts, and testers. This position is confirmed inside IR35. Key Responsibilities Deliver changes to established financial applications, ensuring compliance with project requirements. Work collaboratively as part of a development team, sharing ideas, completing code reviews, and providing support as required. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including performing root cause analysis. Collaborate with analysts to refine requirements, define changes, and provide technical expertise. Assist testers in functional testing of changes to ensure quality delivery. Write and maintain documentation within JIRA and Confluence. Take initiative in problem-solving and self-managing tasks within a structured environment. What You Will Ideally Bring Extensive programming experience with Oracle PL/SQL and Delphi (XE11). Experience with Windows client and server-based applications. Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio C# is a benefit. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team with shared code stored in version control systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to share ideas effectively. Principal Network Engineer - 6 month contract - Outside IR35 My client is seeking a Principal Network Engineer to lead the design, maintenance, and expansion of our carrier-grade network. Reporting to the Network Manager, you will be a technical expert capable of resolving complex faults and managing end-to-end project delivery. This hybrid role combines individual contributions, team leadership, and collaboration with key stakeholders. Contract Details: Start Date: January Duration: 6 months Rolling Contract Rate: £480 - £520 Per Day Location: Hybrid - Central London Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver network projects, from planning to optimization, ensuring SLA thresholds are met. Act as the final escalation point for complex network issues and provide technical mentorship to junior team members. Design, maintain, and optimize the network, enhancing performance, security, and reliability. Document network designs, troubleshooting procedures, and migration strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to complete projects and perform out-of-hours work as required. Requirements: Cisco core network experience, preferably in Altnet broadband. Expertise in Cisco ASR, NCS devices, and Firepower models Experience with PON infrastructure. Comprehensive knowledge of key technologies: BGP, OSPF/ISIS, IPv6, MPLS, and VPNs.
