Technical implementation, working with test, error root cause analysis for our client's S/4 HANA journey/implementation. - Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, ABAP developers, and other functional consultants - Configuring SAP PM modules to meet specific business requirements and implementing custom solutions. - Write blueprints - Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to address issues and ensure smooth integration - Conducting thorough testing and validation to ensure the seamless transition of functionalities from the old system to the new one. - Adapting to changing project requirements and collaborating with various functional consultants and key users from MM, FI, and authorization modules - Understand custom developments Skills: - Strong understanding of SAP PM processes with at least 5 years of experience in implementation or support roles - Process understanding of standard processes in SAP PM & S/4 HANA - Being able to communicate between business and other functional consultants - Proficient in writing blueprints, understanding requirements - Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) to effectively communicate with stakeholders in multinational environments Strong knowledge of integrating SAP PM with other SAP modules like MM (Materials Management), and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Optional: Basic knowledge of ABAP programming for troubleshooting and understanding custom code related to SAP PM. This will include design, creation of functional requirements, testing and configuring the SAP solution. You will be part of a team and work with highly competent people with the advanced SAP platform with users all over the world. You will have the chance to work with both global roll out of the template solution or strategic maintenance over time. You will also be participating in different initiatives for improvements and innovations. About the team You will be part of a cross-functional team working on the Advanced Order Fulfillment Logic product. The team is responsible for ensuring customers receive the best possible service by providing accurate availability information across multiple sales channels. Additionally, the team optimizes product sourcing from various distribution centers, maximizing both customer satisfaction and business value. Responsibilities: Provide expertise in SAP CAR Omnichannel Article Availability and Sourcing (OAA), SAP Logistics (SD), and SAP Available to Promise (ATP). Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP modules and custom-built solutions across SAP CAR, SAP ECC, and Azure. Work closely with Enterprise & Solution Architects to define and align technology roadmaps. Ensure efficient integration of SAP CAR with other SAP and non-SAP systems. Take ownership of solution design within one or more product areas. Develop functional specifications for SAP developers to support business needs. Support and facilitate the transition to SAP S/4HANA. Actively participate in the evaluation and implementation of next-generation eCommerce solutions. Serve as an ambassador for the product team, representing and advocating for the team in various forums. SAP WM: Advanced-In-depth knowledge of Legacy WM, with hands-on experience in transitioning to EWM. SAP TM: Intermediate-Experience with transportation planning & integration with warehouse processes. SAP PP: Intermediate-Knowledge of production scheduling & material flow from production to warehouse, ensuring seamless integration with EWM Leadership capabilities: Proven track record of leading teams in large-scale SAP EWM implementations and optimizations. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders across various business functions, ensuring smooth project delivery. Strong mentoring and coaching skills, helping team members develop their technical and functional expertise. Experienced in defining the strategic direction for SAP EWM solutions, including system design, integration, and execution Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with senior leadership and project stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and its specific logistics challenges, such as high-volume inventory management and complex supply chains. Specialized knowledge of the brewery industry, particularly the importance of batch traceability, production planning, and efficient warehouse operations in a highly regulated environment. Extensive experience implementing SAP solutions tailored for the beverage industry, including compliance with industry standards and integrating warehouse operations with manufacturing and distribution.
