Outside IR35, £300 a day, 6 months initially. Hybrid working, offices are either Reading or Newbury. Overview: Seeking an experienced End-to-End (E2E) Solution Designer to join our dynamic team in the telecom sector. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of telecom processes and technologies, with a strong emphasis on integrating Salesforce, ServiceNow, and CSG solutions to enhance our service delivery and operational efficiency. Expertise in interface design and integration skills will be crucial for this role. Roles & Responsibilities Solution Design: Develop comprehensive E2E solution designs that meet business requirements and improve customer experience. Ensure alignment of solutions with overall business strategy and architecture. Integration Expertise: Design and implement integration strategies between Salesforce, ServiceNow, and CSG systems to streamline processes, enhance data flow, and improve service delivery across the organization. Interface Design among systems Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the implementation of solutions. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and IT, to ensure solutions meet user needs and align with business objectives. Requirements Following BSS applications knowledge is mandatory - CRM, Product Catalog, Order Orchestration, Billing, Enterprise reporting, Service Assurance. ideal products, Salesforce, CSG, ServiceNow Knowledge on Test & Diagnostics application is desirable Knowledge on Fibre access network products is mandatory (high level understanding on the functionality of different network nodes, different network topologies) Should be able to evaluating internal functions, systems, business strategies and IT processes to find improvements that support Telco service provider's future goals. Ability to use telecoms, IT and enterprise architecture best practice methodologies, processes, functions, and data maps. Knowledge on TMForum Open APIs, Frameworx, Microservices, UML, REST/Webservices, JSON, Agile Development is needed.
