Masentó is currently sourcing an SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultants on behalf of one of our clients based in Sweden, on a 12-month initial freelance contract. This will be to support a new S/4HANA implementation, and the client requires senior consultants with solutioning/Architecture background. Hybrid working - Stockholm Must speak fluent Swedish Overview: Be involved in the Design & configuration of SAP PM solutions to support plant maintenance, asset management, and quality processes. Provide expertise in integrating mobile working solutions for maintenance processes. Deliver cross-functional solutions, leveraging the overlap between Plant Maintenance and Quality Management (PM/QM). Drive system improvements, upgrades, and enhancements in the SAP S/4HANA environment. Required: Proven experience as an SAP PM Consultant - 8 years + Cross-functional knowledge of SAP Quality Management (QM) and its integration with PM processes. Experience implementing and supporting mobile working solutions for maintenance teams. The contract will be for 1 year and looking for someone to be onsite 1 trip per month to Austria Key Responsibilities: Work with local users for the SAP Change strategy Lead stakeholder communication across all levels of the organization. Conduct impact analysis and identify risks, with mitigation strategies. Oversee change implementation, ensuring milestones are met. Monitor success metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in SAP organizational change management Expertise in change management methodologies Experience leading teams Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
